About Unique 

My love for makeup started long before I ever sat behind a beauty counter — it began in my grandma’s room, playing with her makeup and falling in love with the art of transformation. (Sorry, Grandma — I still owe you a few lipsticks!)

In high school, I’d spend hours in front of the mirror, blending shadows and perfecting brows, not realizing I was planting the seeds for my future career. One day, while walking through the mall, a manager from Laura Mercier stopped me to compliment my makeup and asked if I did others. I confidently said “yes” — even though I hadn’t yet — and that moment changed everything. The next day, I showed up for an interview and met the manager at Estée Lauder. They both wanted to hire me, and two days later, I officially began my beauty journey.

I started my professional career in 2015 at the Estée Lauder counter, where I discovered the joy of helping women feel confident and radiant. I later attended Aveda Institute Milwaukee to earn my esthetician license and continued perfecting my craft in both skincare and artistry.

After moving to Atlanta, I gained hands-on experience with Sephora and MAC Cosmetics, learning the power of technique, artistry, and connection. Atlanta is also where I built my first clientele and fell in love with creating timeless, soft-glam looks that enhance natural beauty.

Now, back home in Milwaukee, I’m reintroducing my brand — Unique Techniques — and focusing on freelance and bridal artistry. My signature style is soft, romantic, and elegant — perfect for clients who want to look like the best version of themselves. From glowing brides to everyday glam lovers, my mission is simple:
to create a luxury experience that feels as good as it looks — timeless, radiant, and uniquely you.
